Very pleased with the service and vacuum overall with a few observations.
1, our Cancun needs to be at least full to meet the 48cm recomended water depth.
2, when I remove the vacuum and turn it off quite a bit of the heavier debris bypasses the nonreturn valve and goes back in to the pool.
3, a crevice tool type attachment would help to get into the gap where the jets are.
No 1 could be easily solved by providing a shorter filter tube and the extra emptying of this would be offset by its convenience.
Just my opinion.

Very pleased with New Forest Hot Tubs. I ordered a Lay-Z-Spa Stockholm on Sunday and within 1 hr received a call to arrange delivery. To my amazement the delivery was possible for the same day. I also ordered a few accessories at this point. On arrival the guys were really helpful with lifting onto patio and took away the box. This is our second lay-z-spa an upgrade from the inflatable we have for a couple years. We are loyal fans. Definately recommended!

From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. As a local business, they delivered our paddle boards the very same day, which was a fantastic surprise. Michael took the time to explain everything clearly, including how to set the boards up and use them properly, which was incredibly helpful.
The Hydro-Force Panorama paddle boards are excellent quality, come with a warranty for added peace of mind, and have exceeded our expectations. The customer service was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely focused on making sure we were happy with our purchase.

It only picked up the larger bits which was not what I bought it for. I had limescale deposits and it just mashed then up and spitted it back out as a milky liquid. Tried it with a doubled up piece of stocking material over the 'filter' but that made no difference so I gave it away as its of no use whatever to me. For the bits it did catch, a small net is much quicker and more efficient.

I’m sorry to hear that the vacuum did not meet your expectations. As outlined in the product description, this rechargeable spa vacuum is designed primarily for collecting larger debris such as dirt, grit, leaves and insects from the spa floor, rather than very fine suspended particles or dissolved limescale deposits.
Following your email, I was pleased to provide advice and recommendations on alternative products and treatments that may be more suitable for tackling the limescale issue you were experiencing.
Whilst I appreciate that the vacuum was not the right solution for your particular requirements, I hope the guidance provided helps resolve the underlying problem.
