Product descriptions, specifications, pricing and availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase goods from New Forest Hot Tubs.
An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. Acceptance of your order takes place only when your order has been dispatched or, for locally delivered hot tubs, when we confirm your delivery booking.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to acceptance for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Pricing errors
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
If we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you using the details you have provided.
All purchases remain subject to our Returns Policy.
Products are sold for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices and promotions may change without notice.
The price payable will be the price displayed at checkout.
Prices exclude taxes, delivery charges and import duties unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorise us to charge your selected payment method.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Smaller items are normally dispatched using tracked courier services.
Hot tubs and larger items may be delivered directly by the New Forest Hot Tubs team.
Risk in the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to the delivery address you have provided. Ownership of the goods remains with New Forest Hot Tubs until full payment has been received.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, severe weather, traffic, supplier delays, access restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content including text, graphics, photographs, logos, videos and branding remains the property of New Forest Hot Tubs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

Your purchase contract is made solely with New Forest Hot Tubs.
Shopify is not responsible for product quality, fulfilment, disputes or customer service relating to your purchase.

SECTION 24 – LARGE ITEMS, WARRANTIES & SAFETY
24.1 Large Item Returns
For change-of-mind returns, hot tubs and spas must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original packaging
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the safe return of large items.
Returns cannot be accepted once a hot tub has been inflated, filled with water or used unless the product is found to be faulty.
24.2 Delivery Access & Placement
Deliveries are made to a suitable ground-floor or kerbside location unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring there is safe and suitable access for both the delivery vehicle and the product.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product will fit through gates, doorways and access routes before ordering.
We cannot carry boxed hot tubs through properties or over significant steps.
Failed deliveries due to unsuitable access, restricted access or incorrect delivery information may incur additional delivery charges.
24.3 Manufacturer Warranty
Lay-Z-Spa hot tubs are supplied with a manufacturer-backed warranty administered by Bestway.
Manufacturing faults are assessed and managed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty process, which may include troubleshooting, inspection, repair or replacement.
Warranty decisions remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
24.4 Chemicals & Safety
By purchasing chemical products you agree to:
- Follow all manufacturer instructions.
- Store chemicals safely away from children and pets.
- Never mix incompatible chemicals.
- Use chemicals only for their intended purpose.
New Forest Hot Tubs accepts no responsibility for damage, injury or water quality issues resulting from misuse, incorrect dosing, incompatible chemical mixing or improper storage.
SECTION 25 – EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control.
These include, but are not limited to, severe weather, flooding, fire, industrial action, supplier shortages, transport disruption, courier delays, accidents, power failures, government restrictions or other unforeseen events.
