Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Smaller items are delivered via tracked courier services. Responsibility for these items passes to the customer once delivery is confirmed to the address provided at checkout.


Hot tubs and large items are delivered personally by the New Forest Hot Tubs team using our own vehicles. Responsibility for these items passes to the customer once delivery has been completed to the agreed delivery location.


We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, access restrictions, third parties, or events beyond our reasonable control.

SECTION 24 – LARGE ITEMS, WARRANTY & SAFETY

 


 

24.1 Large Item Returns (Hot Tubs & Spas)

 


For change-of-mind returns, hot tubs and spas must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.


Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return transport costs.


Returns cannot be accepted for hot tubs that have been inflated, filled, or used, unless found to be faulty.

 

 

 

24.2 Delivery Access & Placement

 


Deliveries are to ground-level / kerbside placement only.


Clear, safe, and suitable access must be available for our delivery vehicle.


We cannot carry boxed hot tubs through properties or up or down significant steps.


Failed deliveries due to unsuitable access or incorrect delivery details may incur additional charges.

 

 

 

24.3 Manufacturer Warranty (Lay-Z-Spa / Bestway)

 


All Lay-Z-Spa hot tubs are supplied with a manufacturer-backed warranty operated by Bestway, beginning from the date of purchase.


Suspected manufacturing faults are assessed and handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process, which may include troubleshooting, inspection, repair, or replacement of parts.


Warranty decisions and outcomes are managed by the manufacturer.


This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

 

24.4 Chemicals & Safety

 


By purchasing chemical products, you agree to:

 

  • Follow all manufacturer instructions

  • Store products safely away from children and pets

  • Accept that New Forest Hot Tubs is not liable for misuse, incorrect dosing, or improper storage
