All our spas are 100% genuine and come with the official Lay-Z-Spa manufacturer’s guarantee.

2. Do I get a warranty with my spa?

 

Absolutely. Every Lay-Z-Spa hot tub we sell includes the full manufacturer’s warranty direct from Lay-Z-Spa, giving you complete peace of mind should anything go wrong.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure checkout options.

4. Can I return my order?

 

We accept returns if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for change of mind once products have been opened, used, or inflated.

Whether you need help with spa maintenance, chemical care, or warranty advice, we’re always here to help — even long after your order arrives.


We can also initiate warranty claims directly with Bestway on your behalf. Wherever possible, we’ll arrange for your hot tub to be repaired rather than returned — helping streamline the process and get you back up and running faster.

6. Do you only sell hot tubs?

 

We specialise in Lay-Z-Spa hot tubs, accessories, and water-care products, but we also stock energy-saving covers, floor mats, and spa essentials to help you make the most of your setup.
